Found the process of buying the single bed quite difficult as everything was separate but the assistant was so helpful making it much easier he was polite and helpful throughout

We were highly satisfied with the whole service provided by the shop assistant he was very helpful and explained everything in great detail.

We took a trip to the farnborough store after months of springs sticking in us from our old mattress, we put off a trip to the bed store thinking the cost would be extortionate and we knew we couldn’t be stingy buying a bed this time round! Karen greeted us immediately but equally wasn’t over powering or jumping to sell us the first thing we saw. Karen offered us tea and coffee and was very patient whilst we repeatedly tested multiple mattresses. Karen was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and spoke with us in a very friendly manner. Karen assisted us with numerous quotes and nothing was a problem! We got a great deal with great customer service! Could not be happier!

I was highly satisfied with the very personal but not intrusive attention I received from John . as a senior citizen buying such a product he was extremely helpful and thoughtful, knowledgeable, but unobtrusive!

Karen quickly ascertained type of mattress and price range we were looking for and showed us the appropriate items and those that were at the top of our budget for choice.

The assistance given in the store by Nigel was very appreciated as his knowledge and patience was second to none. Also the delivery team of James and his colleague was excellent both being courteous and helpful in the delivery of the new and the removel of the old mattress.

Its been a great experience specially with the staff who were very much friendly, helpfull, visble any where in needed,very kind , shown a big interest in customer satisfaction with a warm welcome and greetings. It was a good happy visit . Great place with great staff .
