Dreams - Farnborough

Adviser was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He was also not at all pushy but was very efficient when we decided to make the purchase. COVID protocols were good and the store felt safe.

We were looked after from the start to end of our visit to dreams, highly satisfied with the knowledge of Carol and help she offered to choose the bed and mattress we were looking for

Staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble

I brought a new bed and mattress from Dreams in Farnborough and was welcomed and assisted by the wonderful Karen. Karen was an absolute delight right from the very start - she was very inquisitive as to what I was looking for and took me to the amazing mattress matching device! Karen then patiently walked me through each of the recommended mattresses letting me take my time with each bed and allowing me to ensure I was comfortable. As I have a shoulder injury, Karen took the time to recommend mattresses to me, explaining the reasons for each and describing the difference to me as to the firmness of the mattresses, benefits etc. I walked away incredibly satisfied and cannot wait to sleep on my new bed and mattress. Thank you again Karen, you are amazing & an asset to Dreams

Our salesman Mike was superb he was very knowledgeable very polite had good banter very good knowledge of your products that were for sale gave us many different options to choose from could not do enough for us he even made us two lovely coffee is whilst he was in the store and he was just a very nice all-rounder member of staff in Farmborough very pleased I would definitely shop there again and I would definitely would like him to serve me again as I was very comfortable with him and his assistance he could not do enough for us and we ended up purchasing a lovely mattress and I was her I would highly recommend to you should be made staff member of the of the month

Nigel welcomed us helping us to feel relaxed with his lovely manner answering all our questions with knowledgable information. We were not rushed but were able to make an informed decision in choosing our preferred mattress and headboard. The offer of a drink of water whilst sorting out the paper work was most welcome.

From the start we were met friendly and helpful staff. In our case Karen helped my wife and I find the right product for our needs. She answered all our questions with clarity and assurance of the difference s that my wife had with sizes etc.
