The sales advisor was excellent, and very competent at her job . With a few questions she was able to help us find the matteress that was right us . The whole process was made easy for us , from start to finish. That's why we are highly satisfied

We came in with little knowledge of frames and mattresses and the sales people were all very knowledgable. We also had 2 young children with us and the staff made sure they were included and felt valued in the process. This helped a lot as we made our choices.

Geraldine-Ann was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Even going the extra mile to put our chosen mattress onto a different base to show the difference between a sprung and un-sprung base and the effect this has on the mattress.

Karen was a breath of fresh compared to some of the other staff in the other bed/furniture stores we encountered on our visit to the Farnborough Retail Park. Some of it was quite pushy and unabashed 'selling'. Our experience with Karen was quite humorous and light-hearted which is quite rare these days.

The sales assist was extremely patient with all my requests and Recommend alternative products online with what I was looking to buy.

As soon as me and my wife entered the store we was given a warm welcome, very friendly staff ready to answer any questions. Product knowledge was great and definitely would recommend to any one.

Took my 83 Mother in Law to buy a mattress after 30 years !. Both myself & my daughter have brought beds / mattresses from yourselves so I suggested visiting your store at Solartron Park Farnborough. We were met by Geraldine who was so understanding & knowledgeable she put my Mum in Law at complete ease.She made a tea and allowed Mum to take her time in selecting a mattress. I then took her to Furniture Village to look at there products but she insisted on going back to Dreams & wait for Geraldine to finish with another customer before purchasing the mattress.Once again Geraldine was perfect in dealing with Mum and the whole transaction was absolutely painless for me...Well Done Geraldine

The service we received was friendly and professional. His knowledge of the product was good...would have been even better if we could have had a dressing table to match.
