Very friendly staff, offered us drinks which I have never come across ever whilst shopping, it was all made very easy, happy customer!

From the moment I entered the store I was highly impressed with the friendliness of the member staff, Karen, who greeted me. Although I arrived at the store rather late in the day,19:25, I did not feel rushed or pressurized to make a hasty choice. I was offered a hot drink while we discussed my intention to purchase an adjustable bed. The difference in the types of bed and mattresses was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner enabling me to feel confident that my choice of purchase was right for me. Karen also explained the advantage of using a mattress cover and also the extended 8 year bed cover. I was highly delighted with the excellent service I received and helpfulness of the staff. I will certainly recommend Dreams to my friends in particular this store. Than you all very much.

We were welcomed to the store. Our assistant was very knowledgeable and guided us based on our requirements. The mattresses we were shown were ideal. We had time to sample several types and arrive at our choice. Ordering was simple and quick.

So very happy with the service provided by Geraldine. Her knowledge was was second to none. Gave us loads of options, and showed us loads of products that would be of interest. She was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. She’s an asset to your company!!
