The advice was clear, helpful but without being pushy. We were given options we had not considered, we felt the assistant too time to understand our needs.

The sales assistant was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. She gave us advice and explanation with plenty of time to try out various products. She did not push for the most expensive sale and seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. We were generally very impressed with the customer service.

Store Manager, along with other members of staff, were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He struck the right balance between staying with us to be available to answer questions and leaving us alone to try out products and think about our options, without feeling pressured by a hovering "salesman".

The sales assistant was really very helpful in determining the desired specification for our specific requirements by describing and discussing all of the various options, features and accessories with all four family members. Three mattresses were purchased one double and two singles.

Friendly staff, there when needed, coffee offered. Good selection of mattresses. Found the required bed frame but not at the right price.

I initially ordered a mattress which was delivered on time. I ordered a bed frame from another company and was badly let down. 3 weeks after the first delivery date I cancelled the order. I returned to Dreams in Farnborough and chose a bed frame. Contacted customer services and explained what had happened and they agreed to restart the 40 Day mattress guarantee from the date when the bed frame would be delivered.
