The assistant Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products. She made choosing the mattress very easy.

The staff here always seem very knowledgeable about the products and on this occasion were able to find a few options at different price ranges for us to choose from. They discussed the pros and cons of each choice clearly to allow us make an informed choice. Excellent service overall.

The staff were friendly & available, there was a good choice of beds and we were offered a hot drink on a cold snowy day when we arrived

We were welcomed into the store and immediately offered a hot drink of our choice. Karen, the store assistant, was extremely helpful and patient at all times, answering any questions we may have had, extremely satisfactorily. The service my wife and I received was exemplary, and in view of this, I would have no hesitation in recommending your Farnborough store to friends and family.

Staff were friendly but not overbearing, they asked if I wanted assistance soon after I entered the shop and were happy to then leave me to look around until I wanted some help. The two that I dealt with were helpful and friendly without being too pushy or too "salesperson like"

The assistant - Karen - who served me was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. There was no 'hard sale' which would have had me leaving immediately ! She provided very nice cup of coffee and did not rush us.
