Very friendly chatty staff who advised the best options for my price range for a mattress and extensive advise with regards to care plan option too.

We were served by Geraldine who was very helpful in understanding our needs and gave a few options that were perfect and matched a requirement description.

The Sales Adviser, John helped us with his knowledge of the mattresses, gave advice on the products and if he did not know the answer he would find out the answer. He showed excellent levels of professionalism even though he was new to the business.

Staff member was extremely knowleagble and gave really good advice. Helped us make a good decision. Very patient and professional.

Prompt courteous assistance with adequate time given to go over all the beds/ mattresses without urgency to commit with offer of beverages which is not always the case

My son and I received a very friendly welcome to the store by the three staff on duty. John listened to what we were looking for - a double divan with Ottoman storage - and showed us the bases on display. He demonstrated how to open it safely. We discussed the available colours for the base and tried a few mattresses. We were very pleased to be able to make a decision within a short time to buy exactly what we had come to the shop to find. We needed to arrange a delivery date to suit us and that was easy to arrange. My son and I were very impressed with the excellent customer service by John.

We were only approached by a sales person when we had been in the store for several minutes, so did not feel that we were under any pressure. Nigel, the sales person, was extremely friendly, explained the products well and even made us coffee!
