Dreams - Farnborough

We have purchased a number of beds for ourselves and our children and always chosen Dreams. We have always found the staff polite, friendly, knowledgable and patient. On this particular visit, although there was a limited number of staff available, we were met by a sales assistant 'Geraldine', who immediately gave us confidence in the choices we wanted to make. It was the no pressure sales technique that we were most impressed with.

Was served by Nigel who was very patient and understanding with my Mother. It made her shopping experience very enjoyable. Be warned Nigel, she want to come back!

Help was volunteered by Store MAnager at Farnborough, Hants. Listened to my exact requirements and steered me towards a couple of very firm options. Encouraged me to lie on the mattress i actually bought. Told me to lie in my normal sleeping position. Transaction was conducted quickly, felt I had purchased a bargain that was on offer. Delivery within three days. Perfect for a busy person. Recommended the store to my sister, Karen Spooner, who should be visiting soon. Friendly staff too, by the way.
