The sales person was helpful without being pushy and asked us the right questions about what we were looking for. She let us try several different mattresses and pillows and had excellent product knowledge.

a very helpful lady who found a headboard in the colour we wanted We were just looking for a base as our present bed is an ottoman and is getting too heavy for us to lift, She found us a base with drawers where we wanted them. Looking forward to receiving our new bed. Today we had a major clear out of all the items we have been hoarding. so it was a good weekend allround

The salesman ( Nigel) left us alone until we asked for assistance rather than following us around the store, then never forced into anything but showed his experience helping us choose the mattress for our needs without pushing for a certain item

The salesman allowed us to roam around the store without being pestered, then when we were ready he came over and gave advice, a great shopping experience what I must admit I was dreading, well done

The staff member was very helpful and friendly and the products were available for delivery quicker than expected

Sales lady named Geraldine was very knowledgeable of the products on sale,and wasnt pushy at all. She guided us through varios products and alowed us time to make up our own minds as to what we wanted.
