Dreams - Farnborough

Karen asked all the right questions to ensure we got the right product and a delivery date that suited my partner and I who are moving into our first flat together. The store had great staff in there and a great value for money mattress that enabled us to add Bed Cover for extra security. Very much looking forward to receiving the mattress in a few weeks.

Our sales lady Karen in Farnborough was really helpful, she took us around, asked open question , really warm. We took a Tempur sensation , great choice. I recommend definitely!

The entire experience when going to the store was very good, we was helped by Tracy she went through several mattresses with us until we found the right one for our needs. Excellent service throughout.

Entered store with particular requirements for small double storage divan which are not as readily available as other bed styles and sizes. We asked for the assistance from the Store Manager (Jason I believe) and He jumped straight into action as soon as told Him what we needed. He showed us various bases along with various mattresses which was fantastic and also enquired if we needed a headboard to complete the new addition. He had a complete non pressured approached which is rare to come by these days as all other salesman I have encountered just want to make a sale to meet targets. Jason even said the sale was I'm going for at least a other week should we want to leave and rethink but because of the quality of service and products we were so ecstatic we decided to place the order which will be arriving 29/1/18. Can't wait!!

Store was quiet but we were left to browse at our own pace, with a store colleague available for advice if we needed it. Encouraged to try before we made our decision and the colleague appeared knowledgable about the products. Very friendly and hospitable.

the level of service was excellent. we were not at all pressurised for any extras.

Karen, the shop assistant who dealt with us was very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and took time to show us the options available and allowed us time to discuss this

Nigel was extremely helpful with our needs and very patient with us when we was discussing what was best. Product knowledge was extremely good!!

Geraldine the sales assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. She understood what we were looking for and took us straight to the bed we eventually bought.
