Nice friendly assistant who was knowledgeable and not pushy.

Karen was fantastic

We approached the assist when we felt ready for help, which was very refreshing. Mike listened to what we were looking for and acted upon information received. He didn’t push us to make a decision or rush. He made sure we were totally satisfied with our choices. The perfect salesperson, knowledgeable but with a sense of humour.

Karen at the Farnborough branch was an absolute pleasure to meet & have assisting us choosing our new mattress. She was so friendly, approachable, knowledgeable & honest. Karen clearly knows the products very well & we felt completely at ease having her help us.

The assistant was helpful and took time to show me various products. She was patient and listened to what I was looking for and showed me a lot of options.

The staff were very quick to acknowledge us when we walked in. We were approached by Rylan - we had a vague idea of what we wanted. He invited us to do the mattress test (sorry can't remember it's official name) but we already knew what we wanted there, it was the actual bedframe we needed help with but we did try some mattresses and found one on the second 'lie-down'! We didn't want a fabric headboard so he showed us up to the wooden ones and explained the differences. We asked for some time to think, which he gave us and we subsequently found him and placed the order. We bought one Tempur Chill pillow to test and I have been back since to buy another from Geraldine. On a personal note, we don't respond well to hard sell so the fact that we bought within 20 minutes of walking in the store, means that Rylan pitched at exactly the right level.

Offered us water the bed we brought was a good price.

Very happy with the knowledge of what mattresses to try from the information that was given by the person helping and managed to find the perfect mattress.
