Nigel, the Dreams salesman was very polite and welcoming and answered all of our queries with ease.

Our assistant Karen was very knowledgeable and guided us through the options and helped us find the right mattress. Enthusiastic, professional and seemed to know the right pillows and everything. Our assistant Karen H was terrific. She was particularly amiable, professional, she made sure she understood us, what we were looking for and was able to advise on the best product for our budget, height and preferences. She was very thorough and had an answer for every query we had. When we questioned the size of the bed we initially liked she was able to advise on similar alternatives. Karen was clear about the financing and process and her overall customer service was exemplary. My partner and I are both in corporate sales and agreed she is an asset to Dreams. Please pass on our thanks once again to her.

we were not rushed into making a decision, Karen was friendly and very knowledgeable, she did not jump on us the moment we set foot in the store. It seemed that everyone working there actually liked being there - they all interacted well with each other and the customers. Nice atmosphere.

John helped us with the type of mattress best for our daughter. Explained what the colours of the sashes meant to the information on the wall. He also suggested which our daughter might like and she did! Sold!

Hi, I had a number of issues that lead to me visiting the store, I ordered a mattress online for £1300.00, then the online help and twitter helped me find another mattress, I am now waiting for my Tempur mattress to go with this order, the staff have been nothing less of GREAT! Both online and at Farnbourgh, I work with many customers and end users and would have to say Dreams have met my high expectations of how customer service should be, 10/10. We initially came into the store a few days prior to purchase and were spoken to by Karen. Despite having already been to Benson's for Beds and liked a mattress in their store we returned to Dreams and specifically went to Karen to arrange our purchase due to the level of professionalism and friendliness she had shown to us on our initial visit. Once again she went above and beyond our expectations of store staff and took time to explain every detail to us. At no time did we feel under any pressure at all, a very relaxed experience. She was also very personable with my family which seemed to come very naturally to her. She is a credit to the store and your company.
