John turned out to be 6 weeks in the job and only 18. His customer service skills, product knowledge an pleasant attitude was welcoming.

The staff were very friendly, very helpful and were patient with us. They give us the different options available and explained everything to us with ease to understand.

The sales assistant Karen was really helpful and friendly. She advised us of the different types of mattress we could choose and the pillows available. She gave us the space to discuss the purchase between ourselves. We were more than happy and once again came away very satisfied with our purchase from Dreams having previously bought bedroom furniture and being very happy with the service. In our opinion your sales staff can make or break the shopping experience and the staff in Farnborough store are a great credit to you.

Despite assistant being new and young he was able to show me combination mattresses and answered all my questions

Nigel was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. He offered info on each mattress we were considering but left us to make the choices. Really friendly pleasant sales person, we were grateful not to be pushed towards something. Would happily recommend and use again ourselves.
