We were well met by Karen at Dreams in Farnborough who offered help without being pushy, offered us a hot drink and advised us appropriately throughout. We were impressed by her manner, the information she was able to help us with and the range of products available to us. We did not feel pressured into buying, but were encouraged to take our time & consider our purchase before proceeding. We were offered appropriate information regarding aftercare should we have any difficulties.

The Store Assistant Karen was excellent both in approach and knowledge of all range of products and aftercare pillows and protectors we ended up buying the lot ! She allowed us to take our time making our decision tried out several beds and pillow types excellent service even got a cup of tea :-) and a sweetie Great Sales Great Service She needs to be commended !!!

I was given 100% customer service and was served by the branch manager, he was fully immersed in my requirements and was very knowledgeable of the products that I was asking about. Myself and my daughter were given a coffee whilst he put the order through. Very nice guy and very personable

The salesman was charming and helpful without being pushy, we quickly found a mattress we liked and you were able to deliver within a week.

Upon exerting the store the assistant (Karen) greeted us and took us straight to look at the beds. She responded to our queries and the type of bed we were looking for. A great service resulting in us finding our perfect bed
