The salesperson was very helpful and answered all our questions

The staff member was very helpful. She didn't pressure me & answered all my questions. She checked on some things to ensure she was right before answering. I received advance notice to let me know when the delivery would be made & my mattress arrived during the time period quoted. Fantastic service. Thank you very much.

The sales lady, Karen was great not pushy at all really understood our needs and took time to let us try and test the product we purchased.

The shop staff were very friendly and approachable, offering us several options and explaining the benefits and differences, also made us aware of products available at the store

We chose to go at a quiet time and got very good service from the manager with his advice and knowledge .

Just excellent service nothing was too much trouble

I had visited Dreams Solatron Park a few months ago, and received very good service, even at the end of the day. Karen was very helpful, so much so we came back to purchase the bed and mattress

Jon in the Farnborough shop was really helpful, even though he'd only been in the job for several weeks he was honest with us and said if he didn't know the answer he would find out from someone more senior. Told him the type of bed I was after / budget which he worked too. Although still learning can't fault him for trying really nice lad!

Nigel at the farnborough store was really friendly. He was very honest and helpful deciding on what product would be best for us. Especially as a tempur mattress is a big investment, it was great to find he right one!!
