Dreams - Farnborough

We were greeted by an assistant, Karen, shortly after we arrived; she was very helpful and knowledgeable and suggested several mattresses for us to try, until we found one we were happy with. We had a quick chat about pillows, but decided to leave those for another visit. We were offered refreshments while we completed our purchase. We were very impressed with the store and the staff.

We have recently bought 2 beds from the farnborough store. Staff have been friednly and knowledgeable. Delivery has been quick. We returned to buy some bed side tables to match the bed.

I visited the store on three occasions, not being able to make my mind up! Each time the staff were, namely Geraldine, who talked me through all the different options. Finally helping me with my purchase and always with a smile.

Karen was friendly and welcoming answering any questions we had. The delivery time exceed our expectations

Karen was really helpful, showed us a variety of mattresses which met our needs. She made us feel comfortable to properly lie down on all the mattresses and try lots

As soon as we walked through the door of the branch we were approached and asked if we needed help. We explained our needs and the assistant took us through the options and showed us and allowed us to lay on all the different types of mattresses. This gave us the chance to get the right one for us.

The sales person was efficient, she knew her products and was friendly

Geraldine in store was excellent. Her product knowledge guided us through. We are vert satisfied but r3member we haven’t r3ceived the bed yet!

Although I had to wait to speak to someone I was very pleased with the service I received. The manager took time to explain the difference in the beds I was interested in, allowed me time to browse & try and retry the comfort of the beds & didn't feel pressurized at any time. I was also offered a coffee/tea.
