The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were not pushy or "in your face ", Greeted us and let us have a look around . The team member that helped us "Karen" was very thorough in helping us find a mattress and ottoman that was suitable and within our budget . After we decided what we liked we were sat down , offered a drink and went through our purchase. We came away very satisfied.

The lady that served us was so friendly and understood our needs. She was very helpful and had great knowledge of all of the beds/mattresses. The ordering and sale went through very smoothly. When we were looking for a new bed a few months ago, the lady that served us when we placed the order and the time we were just looking was one of the reasons that we came back to the store, due to her friendliness and helpfulness. She really is an asset to the store and we wouldn't think twice about coming back. I wish we had got her name, but it is the Farnborough store and I think she is South African.

My daughter is autistic and Karen took time to explain the difference in the mattresses and the Different bed base,s gave great advice and made Caroline feel at ease . Yours was not the first Store we went in but we will definitely use you again .caroline is looking forward too her bed being Delivered on Thursday.karen is an asset to your business well done to her....
