Jason was very helpful, when we told him what we were looking for he guided us in the right direction to look at the mattresses that were available, he even offered us a hot drink while we looked. Excellent customer service, he went through the paperwork and delivery information thoroughly. I cannot comment on the delivery as it is not due till the 20th, I have already received a text to confirm the date.

Came in during the week for a matress for my son. Checked out what was available with assistant and brought son in on Saturday to see which one he wanted. All went well and we bought one

Hate being jumped on as soon as i walk into places like this, not this time we were welcomed as we walked in the door and ask i we needed help or just time to look around. We were pointed in the right direction of what we were looking for and shown choices of all the mattresses that suited us, we were left to try them out but were also given time and not rushed. Due to the fact i was not pushed into anything or had the hard sell we brought a complete new bed frame and mattress, if the sales assistant had been pushy i would of walked out no matter how good a deal i would of got, Finance easy had a cuppa and my bed turns up in a week. All good as i hate any form of shopping so a pleasant surprise. well done Karen

I have purchased from Dreams before and was very satisfied hence going to the shop again to buy a mattress a memory foam one. Your lady Karen was extremely efficient and explained your products in detail also offered us a drink while waiting. All in all a very good experience and 10/10 for your staff.

I was allowed to browse at my leisure and the assistant was there for advice and information. She listened to our needs and advised us of what will suit us. Very satisfied with all the experience and would highly recommend this store.
