Karen was very knowledgeable and happy to show us many options including the use of pillows to ensure we purchased a mattress we were happy with.

Karen who served us listened to my daughters needs as this was the reason being in the store. She explained the different types of mattress and allowed my daughter to try out lots of different ones. She also at the end checked that my daughter was happy with the product.

Comments regarding the assistance received from local store personnel Jason in checking out the property specifications was submitted to Dreams Customer Services on 1 October 2017.

Asked if we needed assistance straight away and the rep was very knowledgeable

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable able to direct my children to the mattresses most suited to them

I feel highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because the customer service advisor listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right bed straightaway. He made the whole process stress free from finding the right bed to ordering the bed! It’s the first time I’ve ever been to Dreams and ordered a bed and all I can say is I’m very happy with Dreams & the way their staff look after their customers. I look forward to our bed arriving later this week & will certainly be returning when I need a new bed again

Colin professional and friendly but not pushy or sleazy, as you often find in furniture stores. Very happy to spend time selecting the right product, albeit this would not have been a large sale. Made the documentation easy

Nigel was very quick to assist us, he listened to what we were struggling with and immediately broke it down to two issues. 1 the pillows (shown 2 types and 2nd option was perfect) and 2 the firmness of our matress. I was struggling with a migraine at the time and he was very attentive and helpful. The entire shop took less than 20 minutes from walking through the door. Excellent advice and service.

Purely purchased a Tempur mattress because of the help and advise of the sales assistant Geraldine-Ann. She was so helpful and knew about all the products, we didn't feel pressured. She told us about all mattresses we were interested in, she was very patient and that is the only reason we made a purchase, we had just gone in to 'have a look'. We felt so confident with the advise we didn't look anywhere else.
