Good customer service and calling around other stores to check availability

We were shown around the store by Geraldine at the Farnborough store. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, explained to us all the different types of mattress and how they were different. We told her we weren’t really sure what we were after. We did the sleep match machine and then she took us round to test all the different mattresses that were selected for us. Geraldine was most knowledgable and so friendly from the moment we walked in. We are so happy with the service we received and are looking forward to our new mattress being delivered! Will definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Found an awesome bed, and the assistant (Nigel) made us feel good about our choice even though it was pricey.

Karen was very attentive and spent a lot of time with us and researched items online which weren’t available in store. Her knowledge was outstanding and she came up with a few items which were suitable. She was very patient while I made my mind up.

We got lots of helpin our decision making. Jason (store manager) was incredibly knowledgeable and made choosing which mattress to buy a much easier task.

Karen had a full and extensive knowledge of your products and quickly understood our needs. Non pushy and a speedy professional service. My husband and I were very impressed.
