Nigel the assistant was very reassuring , very knowledgeable and did not rush us at all . We went in for a look and came out with signature on the bottom page with happy smiles .

The whole experience was simple, clear and very professional.

We were treated with courtesy and the gentleman was pleasant and very helpful.

We were shown around the store by Geraldine at the Farnborough store. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, explained to us all the different types of mattress and how they were different. We told her we weren’t really sure what we were after. We did the sleep match machine and then she took us round to test all the different mattresses that were selected for us. Geraldine was most knowledgable and so friendly from the moment we walked in. We are so happy with the service we received and are looking forward to our new mattress being delivered! Will definitely recommend to friends and family :)
