Staff always greeted us immediately and asked us if we required help straight away (visited few times and each time they attended immediately or when they were free). Staff explained exactly the differences and didn't base decision on the most expensive. Price match was applied, which proved to me the "price match" slogan is not just an advertising slogan.

100% over all. Karen in the farnbrough store by far one if the most kind, helpful and lovely person i have come accross in a long time. We came in on a satuerday morning with our 2 young kids. Karen listened to what we wanted with a budget, recomended us laying on a few beds. While she entertained our kids, this made all the difference. We had no pressure or pushy sale-woman. Everything was made very clear to us, many thanks for all your help.

We came in on a satuerday with our two young children 3 and 4, while we tried some of the bed recomended to us, the lady entertained our kids. She listen to us and understood our budget. Over all the best service we have had in a long time.. very happy indeed
