Our Assistant was extremely helpful. We are trying to arrange delivery to the Isle of wight and it was not possible to give us an exact date for delivery at the moment.

Karen was very helpful, spent time with me suggesting different options , she explained everything clearly and gave me a very welcome cup of coffee

Karen went out of her way to answer questions about the bed we wanted and was very proactive about staying in touch when the question couldn't be answered immediately and needed information from the manufacturer.
