Dreams - Farnborough

We were warmly welcomed as we entered the store and pointed to the correct areas for our needs then allowed to have a look for ourselves before the gentleman came back and assisted and advised us on our requirements. We were all offered drinks as we looked round the store

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and patient, took time to explain the different Beds & Mattresses at the same time as training a new assistant. He had a good sense of humour and was polite, nothing seemed too much trouble.

We were served by Geraldine-Ann Dingle who was the most pleasant and helpful customer advisor. She was very knowledgeable about the products and treated us like royalty.The products look good and hopefully they will live up to our expectations when they are delivered. This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams Regards Andrew Marsh

james the salesman was excellent and made the experience very easy he was polite, friendly and welcoming a great addition to your store

Very friendly and helpful staff. Karen made us feel very welcome offering water and sweets. The application process took a bit long, but this was due to the system issue.
