Having used dreams before Knew the expertise of the staff would be the best - and they didn’t disappoint

The service received from Karen was super, the friendliness of the other staff, Nigel and the manager Jason, very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Clean and tidy store. Great service all round

Kavitha Greeted us as soon as we came through the door. We explained what we were looking for and quickly set about going through the mattress scanner and then testing mattress, ultimately leading us to find the perfect one. Then she spoke us through the options for frame/ divan/ headboard scenario. We took our time and picked the perfect one. To note we had just come from a competitors store and the experience that Kavitha gave us was the polar opposite of the pushy used car salesman sales funnel we had just been put through!

Nigel was informative and friendly. He didn’t push for a sale but instead guided us into which would suit us best. Helping us go through our options without getting frustrated or looking for another sale. The store was clean, measures were in place and adhered by all. Excellent experience

Benjamin (BM45) in Farnborough was exceptional. He was personable, polite, answered all our questions really thoroughly - and set expectations for us really well. The ordering system was down at the time we ordered - but (despite it probably being a pain for the staff) we didn't feel like there was any issue - and he resolved this quickly by sending us a clear follow up email etc

Very good customer service in the store, a knowledgeable salesman who was also great with the kids!

Karen, the Dreams colleague who approached us in store was friendly and offered to help without being 'pushy'. She was attentive to our needs, friendly, polite, very professional and knowledgeable about both the products available and sleep in general. She approached 'up-selling' in a friendly, no-pressure manner, and we were happy to buy additional products - pillows, 'Bedcover', and old-mattress recycling from her. The other staff were also friendly and the store was clean, well laid-out and welcoming. Overall, I don't think our experience of Dreams Farnborough could have been any better!
