Dreams - Farnborough

We visited two stores while making our decision, Guildford and farnborough, and both experiences we're excellent showing that it was not a one store wonder. Offered drinks in both stores, pillows to try the beds with, and even advise on which pillow is good for me as a side sleeper. Overall, fantastic across the board from dreams.

This was the second visit we have had to Dreams for a bed within the last six months. Our last experience was very positive hence the reason for returning. We were not disappointed. The attention of staff was a positive one - not pushy but supportive, and the member of staff, James, who dealt with us specifically, was very professional and knew when to leave us to think and when to come back to support. Impressive all round.

Karen instantly remembered who we were from a previous sale which was very nice! This lady is very well versed in her product knowledge and as before extremely helpful and friendly.

The assistant who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable and confident. All explanations were in plain language. I liked that he gave me space to figure out what I wanted- and also gave me appropriate options. I only came in for a mattress- but decided to get a whole bed as I trusted fully all the information I was given. Many thanks.

We went to the Farnborough branch and Jason along with Nigel were great hence the reason we returned to buy another Tempur mattress from them!

Reasonable price for good quality. Delivery within a week. Very pleased 🙂

Nigel from the Farnborough branch helped us select the right bed and mattress. Spent time getting everything just right. He even suggested the mattress topper, which we gladly added to our order due to not having used one on our last beds and they got all sweat stained.

The help given and the display and choice of products

Welcoming store, friendly staff who were very helpful in listening to our needs and directing us quickly to suitable options. We ended up selecting the first option shown. Great that you can purchase other items such as pillows, duvets and various covers - makes it easier to get all a person needs in one place.

From the moment we walked into the store felt very comfortable. Approached by Nigel the salesman who listened to our needs as we told him of our problems with our current bed . Nigel explained about each bed we were considering and really helped us with our choice without influence. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy . All in all a good experience.
