The staff new their job and were most efficent

We were greeted by a pleasant person who was not at all pushy but was very understanding og our requirements. The products on display was very wide ranging and the store was very neat and tidy. we were able to select exactly what we wanted and given plenty of time to discuss our selection.

There was plenty of choice in store and the assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful as well as approachable and friendly.

The colleague was very helpful, knowledgeable and was perfectly happy to leave us alone to discuss and try out beds when we needed to. They were accommodating to our requests, letting us move mattresses onto the floor so that we could experience them on a hard base.

Matt who served us at the Farnham store was fantastic. Great product knowledge for a young guy, friendly, very understanding of our needs even if that meant not closing a sale straight away. Couldn't recommend him more. Kenny Ager
