Assistant Nigel was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy.

We went to the store on a Saturday morning and were expecting it to be busy,. There were lots of other customers but we were made to feel like the only people in shop. Geraldine was so friendly and spent a lot of time guiding us through the different options but also gave us time on our own to discuss which we liked. The range of beds was great and we're really happy with the one we chose.

staff were helpful and attentive order was placed and prossesed with no problems.

Karen, the sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The whole experience was smooth and completed in a good time. The date for delivery was acceptable.

We were asked if we needed any help soon after we entered the store then were left alone to brouse until we needed further information whereupon the lady salesperson stepped in and was very helpful in assisting us to make our choice.Apart from her knowledge, she was very friendly and offered us pillows to try and hot drinks.

Friendly helpful staff but not pushy. Helped us by identifying the 5 mattresses we were interested in cutting down our browsing time to enable a more focused search.

Perfection except for the delay in delivery. I expected a 48 hour delivery

We were deliberating what we needed and the staff were always on hand to give advice without being intrusive. On placing our order the staff member (Nigel) was polite and engaging. Definitely happy to put Dreams as a first to go to.
