We visited the store in Farnborough looking for a spare room bed and received excellent service . The assistant asked all the right questions and offered us the right bed for our needs .

Karen was very solicitous and took the time to listen to our needs. She offered us a drink which was much appreciated.

The person in the shop was very helpful and we were very satisfied with the service.

Karen Holt was very knowledgeable about tempur mattresses and the differences between them. She and the other staff were very friendly. We were offered a drink and my husband had a nice coffee. I had a biscuit.

Very good customer service from Matt in store. Wasn't pushy at all and listened to our needs so made the experience very quick and easy

I attended the Farnborough store and they were so helpful and really friendly. They were not pushy in anyway, didn't make me feel uncomfortable and highly knowledgable. Also, the cappuccino machine was very nice (dare I say better than Starbucks)

We were purchasing this item for my 90 year old grandmother, it was a Saturday morning and the store was busy, Nigel made my Nan feel special did not rush her and was able to understand her needs he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable which is not always the case with a disabled 90 year old.

The store manager served us at farnbrough and was ver helpful
