Jason the store manager listened to our requirements, showed us the products and left us alone to test them out. No hard sell, he offered and I accepted a mug of coffee whilst viewing. Instore experience was 1st class, compared to the competitors you're 2nd to none. The store was very busy when we viewed so we said we would shop around and come back - glad we did. A few days later I called Jason lined up a late afternoon weekday appointment with him, we completed sale in 15 minutes - your POS software application Is great.

The sales lady's knowledge in the product and helpfulness

As a return customer I find the prices reasonable and the staff pleasant and attentive, offering help but not a hard sell, leaving me to make my own decisions but on hand when I am ready to make a purchase. We always make dreams a first port of call when considering a purchase because of our previous experiences.

I had a good welcome in entering the store, I found what I was looking for, I was able to order straight away with no problems.

The salesman, Nigel, was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products, and was not over bearing or pushy in any way. I guess you could sum it up by my saying we intended on only looking at mattresses with a view to buying at a later date. We ended up not only buying a mattress but a bed frame too, but one of a much higher specification than perhaps we may normally have done. We spent a lot of time trying out beds and we were guided through all options available and made suggestions to us that helped us very much in our decision making. The shopping experience for us was very good from the moment we entered the store, to the moment we left.
