The member of staff who assists with our mattress selection was approachable, friendly & knowledgeable. He (James) made the whole purchase process easy!

came to view a bed, which was not in the range, James came and assisted help in choosing the right mattress 'as we couldn't view the bed frame'. Guidance was perfect 'maybe change the slogan on the shirts'. Pretty much, James was fantastic, spot on with everything Spent no time wasting time on showing us what we didn't want, gave us the information and showed us where things where and left us too it, he was relaxed and very friendly. So much so, we went and brought a bed from him. Strange cause countless times we just walk in and out not purchasing anything, Because we either have no help or no idea on what to get. James was just spot on with a great sense of humor, will defiantly pop in and see him again. Hopefully you will be kind and not give them slogans like 'how old is yours' or can you give me some 'pillow talk'. James I hope you read this and keep up the smile mate, you made our visit fantastic and memorable

Everything that I needed was answered, very pleasant and friendly.

There were plenty of staff available to help/take our order. They even made us a coffee and had biscuits. Stock was available for delivery in two days.

Allowed to look around and when needed advise assistant on hand she new what we need to know and helped us make our final selection. The bed frame looks good cant wait for it to arrive

Just went in looking for a bed but not thinking of getting one on the day we know we wanted a new bed the help we got no pressure and the frendly help we good ending up getting a bed we wanted at a good price and no hart ack thanks dreams at farnbough and all the guys and girls there 😊
