Dreams - Farnborough

James greeted us when we entered the shop and was very helpful/ He was incredibly patient when we took a long time to decide! The colour coding system made it a lot easier to navigate the store. James gave us a lovely hot chocolate and brought us pillows to try and recreate a more realistic sleeping position.

We were greeted upon entry to the shop and were shown the meaning of the bed colours - that is all. We were not pestered or pressurised or "sold to" in the way staff do in other furniture shops which was refreshing. Once we'd looked around, we went to speak to the same member of staff for his assistance and he was more than willing to assist us and answer our questions honestly and efficiently. Anything he didn't know the answer to, he found out and came back to us. My partner and I spent a lot of time in the shop talking amongst ourselves trying to make a decision and the member of staff did not pester us, he left us to it and was there for us when we needed anything from him. Very pleasant experience.

Your staff were excellent. From the moment I needed help they guided, explained and helped me understand the products and how they related to my needs. Matt specifically was funny, engaging and made my visit very enjoyable.

We stated our requirements and were shown the best options immediately and without any fuss.

Karen was amazing, friendly and very open. I've never bought a bed and/or mattress before and I felt comfortable and reassured that I was receiving an honest service. I honestly couldn't be happier with Karen!!

Good advise on products to suite our needs & all done in a friendly manner

I first visited the Farnborough store on the 14th of January and discussed my requirements with Karen (sales assistant) . Karen was very attentive; she listened carefully then she directed and advised me on the divan bases , mattresses and headboards . Before leaving Karen printed out a quote for my order. I returned to (22nd January), I was very impressed that Karen recognised me and remembered my quote details. Karen was very knowledgeable on Dreams products, efficient, professional and friendly. another Dreams colleague offered me some refreshments while I waited to place my order. This level of customer care on both visits to the Farnborough store has made me highly satisfied with my experience .

Happy to help. Not like Benson for beds who are all about the sell

Buying a new mattress is a huge outlay and an important decision. We had no idea what we were looking and the store manager who looked after us explained each different mattress, did not in any way try to point us in the direction of the priciest and put no pressure on us to buy, unlike some other furniture stores we have visited recently.
