The staff member that helped us was knowledgable and able to answer all our questions.

We were served by James at the farnborough store, he was patient, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He didn't press me to buy a mattress and gave me time to think of my options. He was very professional and his advice was second to none. He also mentioned he was doing a maths degree and was able to give me prices and worked out the credit monthly payments on the spot in seconds. He is a credit to your store and we bought the mattress solely on his advice.

Your sales assistant approached us in a friendly manner and guided us through options available with the purchase of our mattress. We did not feel rushed at all. He was very pleasant and patient while we made our decision!

The member of staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was aware of my budget and did not recommend my daughter tried anything above my budget. Once a decision made the order process was quick and painless.

The assistant Geraldine-Ann at Farnborough branch was in no way pushy, just gave us a couple of pointers and then left us to it until we where ready to ask some more questions (which we did) therefore in no way felt rushed and as a result spent more than we initially budgeted for. Initially £2K but total spend £2617. The Saturday delivery option and removal of existing mattress was of exceptional value. The process for slection to payment was also very efficient which was especially important as we brought out 15 month old son to the showroom and did not want to feel stressed/rushed with a drawn out process.

Found an amazing TV bed! The staff were all very friendly and with a sense of humour, seeing as my Hubby was hung over!! Donna made him a coffee & he sat on the bed next to the desk whikst I ran through the paperwork with her, he was even offered chocolate sprinkles from a colleague...... and we all joked that I could have bought anything whilst he was feeling hungover!! On a serious note, Donna was super helpful and answered our questions, taking us around to look at/try different matresses and gave us a free set of pillows, which was really appreciated. Great team in this store 😊
