We were well looked after, products were well explained and it helped us cut down on the amount of time browsing. The staff were efficient, polite and not at all pushy.

We were looked after very well by Mathew John Everthing was very straight forward very polite man and a very good sence of humour

Assistant approached us, asked what we were looking for,explained in detail what options were available and left us to look at and test the products. Assistant was available as soon as we had decided what we wanted. Further explanation given and order dealt with quickly and efficiently. No pressure whichave we liked.

Donna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It made the experience quick, easy and efficient. She was clear in taking my requirements before we then started and then covered each area with me. She offered me a drink and provided a pillow but then subsequently brought the pillow I was looking to purchase to try with the bed I purchased. Would highly recommend the store based on Donna's high level of service alone. Thank you for your assistance.

Both my wife and I were very thoroughly provided with information and guidance, and personal recommendation [from experience] on the products and solutions in which we were interested. The Dreams store was coincidentally adjacent to the furniture store that led us to the location, but we are pleased with our visit to the Dreams store.

We were approached within a few minutes of browsing by karen who was very friendly and gave us a number of options and mattresses to rest out before we made our decision.

from the time i walked into the shop i was greated with a hello and smile from all staff members the product knowlage was outstanding, the sales assistant was attentive and it was a pleasure to purchase from, loved the offer of a coffee and then a refill , and a selection of toffees was a nice touch when the assistant could not answer one of my questions the store manager was there within seconds to support her and fully and answered my question it was a pleasure parting with my cash when departing from the store again all staff members said goodbye Well done Dreams fully recommed your perfesional service to all my friends and family
