Our sales assistant was fantastic and took the time to listen to our needs.

We were looking for a mattress for the guest room. Chris asked us if we would like any assistance and, after listening to our requirements, immediately suggested a mattress that was ideal for us. The sales process was very quick and efficient.

The assistant welcomed us immediately on arrival and after we explained what we were looking for he took us to the Sleepmotion display. He was very knowledgable about the products and demonstrated all the different features that each range had. He spent quite a long time with us and we didn’t feel rushed. The ordering process was easy and delivery time was much shorter then we expected. Well done.

The store manager was very informative and had great knowledge of the products and was able to find a mattress that met the needs of my daughter along with the bed frame. We have always brought our beds from dreams as the derby has always been excellent

We were helped as soon as we entered the store and were given excellent service and advice. We knew roughly what we wanted and were pleased with the options shown to us.

We were pushed for time and had no idea what mattress we wanted. We received assistance straight away, used the machine to recommend mattresses and then had help to finalise the purchase

Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to leave us to browse on our own but then there to help out once we were ready. She then spent plenty of time with us to let us try options and she recommended things based on her knowledge. She also had a good friendly approach with a sense of humour.
