Dreams - Farnborough

The lady who served us, Karen, seemed to understand our needs but also our budget which was quite tight. She offered us a choice of lower end and higher end samples and encouraged us to try them all so that we could see the difference for ourselves. She encouraged us to think longer term and to find the balance. We spent more than we wanted to but got what we needed. Karen was lovely and very patient.

We were greeted in the store after we had been allowed to look around for a while which I find much better than someone approaching as soon as I walk through the door. Jason the store manager was very helpful and demonstrated his knowledge and experience very well to us, and also listened to our needs and concerns, we were advised to try several different matresses along with several different pillows. All the staff were very friendly in the store and we were given a hot drink whilst filing our order, which was done in a very efficient and professional manner. All in all our experience at dreams today was very pleasurable and I'm now looking forward to my new mattress being delivered.

My wife and I where welcomed on our arrival in the store and taken to the type of beds we required. We tested the bed and mattress we selected after the different types were explained to us. Taken to checkout, had coffee, signed the forms, payed the bill and left, smiling and happy with our visit. Thank You.

We felt Nigel had a great understanding of all the products available and was very good in understanding what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction straight away. Gave us all the options and assistant in choosing without feeling pushed into a sale.

The item was what I needed, at the time I needed it, at the right price and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was really happy with the choice and told the staff how pleased I was with this purchase.

I called the store to ensure that the product I wanted was I. Stock and available to try out before buying. The person on the phone confirmed it was in stock. When I visited, he remembered me and took me immediately to the product I wanted and showed me some alternatives that I may have wanted to view.

The access to the shop was ideal as I was pushing a wheelchair. The shop was easy to get around. The assistance I received was excellent, the two members of staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall I will always shop for a bed or accessories there.

Donna at Farnborough served us. She was very knowledgable of all the products, and listened to us. She explained all products and support very well. She listened to what we wanted not just what what she wanted to sell us. She offered us pillows to try the mattresses and coffee to help make the decisions.

Good service, good range of products I could try in my own time without being pressured and a good hot cup of coffee whilst doing so. Altogether a stress free and satisfactory experience.
