Like how you journey through the store choosing the style of bed and being directed to that area of the store rather than trying every bed you stock. The sale assistant left us to try the beds and no pressure to make a decision or to buy unlike other stores.

I went into the Farnborough store and was greeted by a very helpful man who spent a lot of time talking me through the options in relation to how I would be using the bed. I hadn't known where to start. He was clearly content in his role and seemed very proud of the store and gave a the impression of a person running his own small business, rather than a representative of a larger retail business. I didn't order at that point but phoned the store the next day and a lady called Geraldine took my order over the phone. She was very polite and helpful and talked me through every step. Great service!!

We intended just to have an quick initial look at potential replacement beds as we had our two year old grandaughter with us, she is usually bored with 'grown up' shopping after 5 or so mins. However the assistant Karen was so accommodating and helpful (particularly so to our grandaughter) that we were able to spend longer than anticipated and our grandaughter found a new best game 'jumping on beds'. Karen's comprehensive knowledge and helpful attitude enabled us to understand the various properties and salient points of the various mattress types and thus identify which would suit our needs best. We felt under no pressure to buy just helped to make an informed decision. Karen explained the various finance options and freed to write then down for us so we could think about a decision in our own time. However we decided that as Karen had been so informative and helpful there was no point in wIting and made a purchase immediately.

Assistant approached quickly but did not pounce. She was very friendly, and showed me the full range of beds within my price range.explained procedure of purchasing and delivery very well. I was given good range of delivery dates, I just hope when the day comes everything goes smoothly as did the transaction in the store. My daughter and myself were offered tea and we were served in bed Ha Ha ! Buying a new bed was not a task I looked forward to, but I found the experience very good and enjoyed my afternoon out. I now await delivery and hopefully enjoying comfortable nights sleep enjoying pleasant ' Dreams '

The service Matthew John provided was fantastic. He was very helpful and friendly. He had vast mattress knowledge (bringing in his own family&friends experience was nice too). He was there - but not all the time - just when you needed him! Not a pushy salesman at all. A nice easy overall experience of mattress shopping...just remains to see if your product is as good! Thank you.

I was greeted by a very friendly team and Jason the store manager was very attentive and his vast knowledge of the products made the choosing of a new bed and mattress much easier than I thought. Friendly welcome, but a very relaxed approach to us. All the assistance we wanted was available, but we were also given time and space to try out beds without being hassled. It made choosing a bed as easy and relaxing as it could possibly be. I really appreciated the friendly, zero pressure approach. Thank you.
