Matt gave friendly helpful service I was offered a pillow and a cup of tea .... very good service

I was made to feel welcome and was offered tea/coffee. The salesman talked me through the different types of mattress available and was provided with a pillow to try them all out. There was no pushy sales tacktics or pressure to buy. Completely felt at ease.

The sales assistant was highly competent and knowledgable. She was very friendly and had extensive amount of product awareness. We were given both a cup of tea and very sound advice. Here name was Karen (283).

The assistant was highly informed & very helpful. We were very pleased with the experience

Excellent help as we did last time we visited a month earlier, Very friendly helpful assistants that saw to our needs quickly.

My first visit to dreams was awful. I subsequently made a complaint via Twitter and received exceptional service from the social media team who put me in touch with the store manager. The store manager then invited me in and took care of everything. We also received lovely service from a lady called Geraldine who was extremely knowledgeable.

Matt was very helpful, left us to look at our leisure but there to answer our questions and suggested the bed we ended up buying.

because the assistant was most helpful and did not make me feel under pressure to buy. And the fact if you are not satisfied with the mattress it can be changed up to 40days.

Helpful, knowledgeable sales assistant was able to point out the most suitable mattresses based on our requirements without being pushy.
