Dreams - Farnborough

Store was well laid out and easy to find what we were looking for. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and having explained all the options gave us time to think before placing an order.

We visited the farnborough store and was greeted by Donna who was very nice and friendly. Being our first time in buying an expensive mattress she was very helpful and patient with us.So due to this we returned and purchased the mattress with a lovely cup of tea. Very happy customers

The shop assistant was immediately helpful, had good knowledge of the products, was not judgemental about the fact that I didn't want to spend too much & I was really impressed with how quickly delivery was arranged (5 days).

Donna from the farnhbourgh branch was extremely helpful and friendly, she did not put us under pressure at all but gave us all of the relevant information that we required to make a good informed decision on the right bed for us. The service has been 5*, we changed our minds many times during the last part of the process and it was absolutely no problem at all for Donna, she wanted to make sure that we were certain and happy with the decisions that we had made which also gave us confidence in buying from Dreams as it was very apparent that she was not just trying to push us into buying more just to make extra commission, she genuinely cared about us being happy.

We had already decided on the bed we liked online and so the transaction was straight forward. The staff member we dealt with was aware of this and activated the purchase quickly and in a friendly manner.

We are very satisfied with the help and information given by Nigel. We knew what we were looking for and Nigel understood our needs and we ordered twin beds and looking forward to their arrival.

There was lots of choice, the staff member James was very helpful and had a good understanding of our requirements. The delivery time was excellent and the store was nicely laid out.

As soon as my husband and I walked into the shop we were asked if we needed any help and with a relaxed not pushy advice we were first advised by a very nice lady on the best mattress for my husbands needs. We then browsed and were able to try out several beds. Was not long before we saw the bed that my husband felt comfortable with. Another enthusiastic salesman gave us all the necessary information - he was friendly, quick and very efficient. A very pleasant experience and we left assured and happy with our purchase.
