Friendly and helpful staff. Got the bed we wanted for my son then came back the next day to get bed for my daughter.

Jason was highly knowledgable and helpful. He along with pretty much all the staff there that day were exceptionally accommodating of our 18 month old son who literally waddled around the store the whole time we were there - in fact, the team gave him a balloon to keep him entertained and even played with him a little bit. This afforded my husband and I the opportunity to test out some beds and select one for purchase - a very successful visit!

Upon entering the store we were met immediately by Matt and he was just so helpful in guiding us to the right bed/mattress for us. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and allowed us all the time we needed to make up our minds. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he was friendly, professional and very helpful. We are so happy with our purchase and can't thank Matt enough for making the process so simple and enjoyable. Amy

The sales guy who served me was really great. He really helped me by explaining the difference between the mattress types and allowing me to test several. I advised that I thought I had seen what I wanted cheaper on the Dreams website so we checked and he explained that this was because I hadn't selected a base etc. The procedure of placing the order was swift and the selection of deliver days etc was great. The guy discussed beding with me and also purchase a pillow to suit my needs. It was very hot in the store (Im surprised the staff remain so happy in that heat!) so I was offered water. Overall this was a very good experience and I would happily return to this store and recommend friends go there too.

Nigel Davies, at your Farnborough store was very helpful and listened to my needs for the mattress I wanted for a spare bedroom. Very polite and gave good advice given without putting any pressure on me to buy a particular product.

I went to a few stores after the visit to dreams hoping to find a more competitive price. But the service and product knowledge didn't even come close. I was even offered some water which was much appreciated as it was an extremely hot day. Jason the manager is a credit to the company and I will recommend this store to others
