Our shop assistant was superb. Knowledgeable, new when to leave us to discuss alone. I did remark on the way home about the excellent service. Well done.

Friendly staff, very helpful.

The lady was very helpful without pushing us into talking to her until we were ready but was always ready to give good advice when we needed it.

The gentleman who served us was friendly, helpful, listened to what we wanted and showed us the beds, spent time with us, answering questions etc. We then placed the order and again friendly and helpful, and everything was explained. We shall be needing another bed later this year and we will be returning to your store.

hadn't bought a mattress in over 13 years so walking into Dreams was quite daunting where to start, Matt John bounded over to say hello and guided us through the different choices until we were pleased with our final choice. Matt was friendly professional and provided the right amount of space and help highly recommend Dreams!

The young sales rep was very informative knowledgeable and friendly and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and try out various options. We were offered refreshments during our visit and felt we made the right choice.
