Night was very helpful and knowledgeable.he showed a good understanding of our needs and requirements enabling him to guide us to the right bed.

Geraldine took the time to listen to us and understand our needs. She took the time to help us try the different options and recommend additional products for our comfort.

We were allowed to brouse without being pestered but received good attention when we needed it,

We were looking for a inexpensive reasonable quality mattress for our visitors bed and were able to find exactly what we were needed at Dreams. The salesman understood our requirements and was able to direct us the the product that suited are requirements.

Donna at the Farnborough store was very courteous and patient. She listened to me while I explained the type of bed and mattress I was looking for and she immediately showed me a very good selection of mattresses that may be suitable for me. The ottoman bed (Sana K Pearl Fabric) was beautiful and I can't wait for it to be delivered! All in all a very good experience with excellent customer service shown to me.
