Dreams - Farnborough

The member of staff now nicknamed Matt the Magpie that we dealt with was very happy & didn't rush or push us into a decision, we were allowed time to decide but when we needed to ask a question he made himself available to answer a question & show us different beds. For me dealing with staff like Matt the Magpie is the decider if I will purchase or leave a store. So big thumbs up!

The staff know what they are talking about and found what was best for us not just the most exspesive what we needed very helpful

The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgable about the products, overall very professional.

The gentleman with the beard who served us was excellent! Very helpful in showing us different options - allowing us time to look on the screen in store to check colours etc! Very professional -& very helpful!

Helpful assistant who was able to help me pick a suitable bed as a lot of choice there

We were looking for a new foam mattress with no springs only, the assistant showed us some mattresses and we choose the tempura one at the end.We came back the next day as we didn't knew what size we needed on the day. I checked about different prices on the Internet for the same product that night also. So we placed the order the next day; as I found the product cheaper with 2 tempura pillows for free on a internet side,who also got a shop and not just Internet. We showed it to the assistant and after she check the Internet side she was happy to give us the price match We were very happy with the shopping experience.

very friendly and professional service, staff were knowledgeable and knew when to leave us and when to assist. We were very happy with what we could get quickly but disappointed that we'd have to wait for 6 weeks for other products we wanted. We would have spent a lot more if availability was much quicker, as it was we could only buy 2 double beds instead of 2 beds, 4 wardrobes and 8 bedside cabinets - otherwise, perfect! We've been able to get the rest of the products we wanted quickly somewhere else. Thank you :-)
