Dreams - Farnborough

My partner and I initially came into the Farnborough branch a couple of weeks ago to look at beds for our new house. Immediately, one of your sales assistants Nigel, came over and started chatting. But not in a pushy way, more of a friendly, easy going way. He was very knowledgeable about the products yet at the same time, guided us into choosing the mattress that was right for us. We came back in this weekend and Nigel recognized us straight away and was very helpful in processing our order.

Friendly and courtious staff - No delays

The staff member we saw was absolutely brilliant. He was very funny and put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and knew his beds!

We wanted a smaller, lower headboard because the bedroom is a loft conversion so the ceiling is at an angle - your colleague helped us to choose one and provided blocks and extra-long screws to attach it to the bed at a lower height than normal.

Seen straight away, friendly assistant and ordered all exactly what I wanted

Geraldine listened to what we wanted and in no time at all found us an even better product that was at a reduced price. I purchased more than I intended to and left feeling very happy and valued as a customer.

I researched a few bed and mattresses online but I wanted to try them out in store. The assistant was very helpful and knew every single mattress and bed I asked him about. It didn't take long to choose exactly what I wanted plus great advice on discounts and offers in store.

Jason the store manager at Farnborough was very helpful not to pushy and a good understanding of all the dream products.

The Assistant, Geraldine, was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the products (beds and mattresses).

Initial impression good - found the out of town store easily; parked right outside; warm welcome but not pushy. I had already chosen the bed i wanted to look at and buy via Dreams website - and I was directed to the bed immediately. There was some query over the price displayed - but this was quickly and courteously sorted out within a few minutes. I had several queries - regarding the base and the required fitted sheets for such a deep mattress - both queries quickly answered. Very polite and smart assistant (Mr Matthew John) who was both helpful and charming. I would certainly return to Dreams in the event of needing another new bed.
