Our visit was a Dream from start to finish. Karen is very knowledgeable and took time to explain what products were available. We were offered refreshments which my husband and I grateful accepted as we had been in out of her stores looking for beds. Her customer service was first class.

We were greeted as we entered but in no way pushy or aggressive. We used the sleep matcher, tried most of the options, the sales lady took our price range and opinions into account, she left us to try the mattresses for some time, bringing us water and pillows throughout. Excellent.

As a whole the team in Farnborough are lovely and they definitely need a pay rise. Such a amazing bunch of people. So happy with their service and their details information about the product.
