Nigel the sales assistant was brilliant, he took the time to listen to our needs and was not in any way forceful with the purchase, so much so we went home To measure and returned that afternoon, whereby Nigel spent time again with us (not hurrying in anyway) until we were 100 %. We were really impressed with him. We visited bensons for beds in between arriving and then returning and they were not a patch on dreams or Nigel! Thank you so much. Jenna

We're helpful but them left us to take the time needed to decide and consider but we're on hand if required. Didn't feel rushed or pressed to buy

We went in to look at pricing a nee bed but the value and the high quality of the bed we were looking at was to good to miss plus because we saved a lot on the bed we also decided to treat ourselves to a good mattress that was also a good price.

Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful. We really appreciated being shown the cheaper items first as we then felt no pressure to spend too much, although we did spend near the top end of our budget in the end! The mattress we chose was very comfortable in store, and we were told in great detail about the materials and how the mattresses can seem less firm in store due to the amount of time they've been on display, which was crucial for deciding how firm we wanted thee mattress to be. We were also impressed with the 40 day guarantee so we felt reassured buying that day, knowing if it wasn't quite right we could swap later.

The attention to detail from the sales person in the store was exceptional. She tool the time to explain the different types of mattress and what would work best for us. She was not pushy in the slightest and even made us acup of tea while we were deciding which mattress was best for us! As I work in sales I am normally quite critical of the attitudes of staff, but was blown away by the customer service.

The lady that sore to me was out standing . She should be told that . She was amazing

We were served by Geradine-Ann and she was very friendly and allowed us to take our time when trying out mattresses and she found us the perfect mattress at a very good price.

We were greeted and offered assistance on entering the store by Matt - he was friendly and left us to browse and to call if we needed assistance. He was very helpful and honest and we felt comfortable to proceed further with his help. He then proceeded to assist us with finance and although he was training we felt comfortable and did not mind the extra time it took to complete the sale.

Very helpful staff and nothing was to much trouble for them. Even better was the price we paid!

Staff very friendly Nigel took a lot of time with us even when we came back after leaving the shop and returning later that afternoon bought a bed not long ago and again nigel was very helpful it makes a change to enter a shop and be greeted with a smile from your staff this goes a long way well done DREAMS.
