Dreams - Farnborough

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Farnborough Dreams store because I was quite confused as to which new mattress to buy. I had an old very hard mattress and I suffer with back problems and I was nervous about which new mattress would be best. The assistance and advice I received from 3 different members of staff in the store was very helpful and reassuring. I could lie on and try all the mattresses for as long and as many times as I wished. I in fact visited the store on 2 days before making up my mind. The delivery staff were very considerate and polite as well and the delivery went well.

We were given the assistance we needed without being pushed into a decision. This enabled us to decide on what we wanted easily. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Order process was quick and easy, good choice of delivery dates too.

We were undecided and the help from the assistant was the reason we brought that weekend. We had visited other suppliers and none were very helpful. We were just about to walk out of the store and leave it for a few weeks.

James and the manager were very helpful, provided all my options, helped me to my car, pointed out the additional sale offers, and explained the delivery and assembly details. It was the end of a very long Easter shift and they were first class in attitude despite it being late (ie 7.30pm)

It looks like I've just clicked Highly Satisfied for everything just towhizz through the survey, but honestly, my experience was great. Matt aasisted me and my parents. He showed incredible kmowledge, friendly approach, he didn't come accross as sales-y at all and was a pleasure to talk to. I wanted to buy from him specifically because he was nice, well presented and knowledgable. It turns out my parents bought their bed from him, and at the same time for convenience i bought my bed from Jason. Although Matt did most of the hard work, Jason completed my transactiotransaction effortlessly and again in a kind, friendly and professional manner. I was impressed by both Matt and Jason and would definitely buy from both again!

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a chap called Matt and he was superb and very polite, asked us what we were after and helped us out tenfold

We were undecided on which bedstead and had questions on mattress. Geraldine Anne answered our questions and helped show furnature in different lighting so we could make decision. She was very patient with us as we were in store quite some time!

Perfect assistance, couldn't have asked for anything more! Will be back to buy my bed from Donna again soon!!! :)

I found the staff at Dreams, Farnborough very friendly and efficient especially Donna the assistant who spent time helping me decide which bed would suit my needs the best. The delivery of my bed was on time and the two young men Adrian and Ebrima were courteous on arrival and throughout, they efficiently assembled the bed and removed all packaging. Thank you Dreams, Farnborough.

just needed a mattress - prompted by your ads on tv store stocked a good range at all price ranges able to try out firmness, which helped us make the right decission. sleeping much better, thanks
