Dreams - Farnborough

Dreams provided a very helpful, informaive service. All my needs and requirements were answered immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, not matter how small. I didn't feel pressured into making an instant decision, and as a result I happily placed an order.

The assistant was very helpful and new all about the product he was selling.

The staff welcomed me on entry allowed me time to look then when I needed help they were knowledgable, friendly and generally approachable. All the staff were fun and working nicely to support one another to help where they could. Many thanks for your help and patience

We were very satisfied with the service we received from one of the store assistants, Geraldine (Farnborough store). She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was not pushy or obtrusive in any way and took time to understand our needs. It was because of her excellent customer service that we bought our mattress from Dreams.

Colleague that placed the order for me was extremely helpful no understanding of what I wanted. She was very friendly and made the whole visit so easy

On visiting the store I felt comfortable looking around to make my own choice, the display was helpful in itself as I only wanted a mattress so the pricing was exceptionally helpful. Delivery time was brilliant (ordered Sunday delivered Thursday), slight misunderstanding over delivery date however this was resolved and the mattress arrived right in the middle of the due time. The two delivery men were wonderfully helpful and friendly. And of course I LOVE my new mattress. I will be coming again as I need a single bed fairly soon. Thank you very much

The staff member who assisted us (Nigel) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and did not rush us as we tried several mattresses several times!

I actually walked into DFS first only to be ignored! So i walked out and walked straight into Dreams, where the store manager greeted me with a smile and asked if i needed any help. My visit only took about 45 mins as he was able to help my choose the correct product quickly. He then passed me to Nigel who processed the order quickly. So thank you to the Dreams team for a pleasant and happy experience :-) I brought two temper pillows and i am already planning to buy the temper mattress and purchase that from yourselves again.
