Sales staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Items available when I wanted them.

I was highly satisfied in that I received assistance when I needed it but there was no pressure to complete a purchase. I was left in peace to consider the different products. When I did finally make up my mind the order was taken and the lady was very helpful in explaining the different aspects of different beds.

All possible help and advice was given in a very friendly manner. No pressure to buy and no rushing, which made the experience very pleasant. I came away from the shop feeling I had made the right choice of bed as well as the knowledge that if I found it not suitable I could exchange it within 40 days. Very happy and looking forward to receiving it :)

Assistance was available immediately as we entered the store. The assistant that served us was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with all the information we required to make an informed decision about our purchases.

The products were fine but the member of staff who helped me was excellent. Very helpful and took time to discuss our needs.

I'm replying on behalf of my friend, who gets very tired, but was able to try enough products for her (and us) to be satisfied that she could get on and off and turn, as well as feeling sufficiently comfortable and supported

Kim at the Farnborough store was really, friendly and helpful. Sh helped us measure the bed to make sure it would fit our room. We came to Dreams after s very disappointing visit to Bensons for Beds so it was s relief to walk in and find the perfect product for us! Thanks Kim!
