Dreams - Farnborough

Easy and efficient, no messing about, and delivery within 3 days which we really needed as I have a chronic back problem and the mattress and bed were essential for my recovery

Kim at the camberley store was great. She gave us the information then left us to consider our options before returning back. Every time we questioned our options we were given time to consider which was best for us. I liked the information and space to choose she gave us. Impressed with her, although I would have liked a better discount.

Donna at Farnborough was very helpful and informative. Also was able to provide me with the delivery option I needed.

We called into the shop late afternoon with 3 kids in tow. The branch manager at the Farnborough store was superb. We had a short time to look and try mattresses then came over to offer assistance. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Established our needs and tested our decisions so that we feel like we have the right mattress we need. He gave us time at the end to discuss it privacy. He wasn't pushy and gave us his undivided attention. The other staff were brilliant chatting to our daughters too. We didn't intend to buy and certainly not in the first shop. With the service offered, gave us confidence that we have chosen right and don't feel it necessary to go anywhere else. It was an excellent experience and looking forward to our delivery in a couple of weeks. I would certainly recommend Dreams in Farnborough!

The store manager was very helpful and gave what I felt was honest advice rather than a hard sell, which we appreciated.

My wife and I were able to try a number of beds of different firmness and build. The sales person (Kim) was able to explain, in depth, the differences in construction and advise which particular firmness would be likely to suit both my wife and myself. When we had made our choices the sales transaction was completed professionally and in good humour, overall the experience was first class.

The lady that served me was great I think her name was Kim, she made us feel relaxed and did not pressure us into anything, she was there to guide us and help if needed.

Ultimately, the friendliness of ALL the staff in the store was very welcoming but this didn't distract from their knowledge of the products. I didn't have any of the almost expected feeling of unease that one often feels when entering a large department store - that someone is watching you. After being greeted, I did ask for help and it was given promptly. I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want and the cup of tea was very much appreciated - the offer made before I had even made a purchase.

Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful with a good knowledge of the product we were interested in.
