Dreams - Farnborough

Having researched details of the mattress I wanted to buy in your on-line store I then rang the showroom to check all 3 options were available to test. Your very experienced store manager, Jason, then gave me plenty of time to test the mattresses, with a specified pillow. He was very helpful weighing up the detailed differences in specification.

As soon as me and my partner entered the store we were immediately asked if we wanted any help. As we knew exactly what we were looking for. James (dreams employee) shows us numerous of beds in our price range. We looked around abit further and actually fell in love with a mattress slightly out of our price range. James offered us a cup of tea throughout the process of looking for a mattress. Lovely service and will recommend this store and Dreams to friends of ours!

Friendly greeting from Kim at the door. Asked what we needed. Showed us a range of products suitable for our needs. Gave us time and space to consider our choices. Kim was readily available to process our order when we had made our decision. Overall very friendly and efficient service. Well done Kim.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered a drink while we were looking. Shown the beds in the range we were after and not hassled at all while we were trying them out. Very efficient purchasing process etc

We were looked after very well by Nigel, he was very friendly and knowledgeable without making us feel that we were taking too much time to choose the product, his colleagues were also helpful and we had a good rapport, we had purchased a sofa bed before Xmas with the Farnborough and were also very pleased with the help we were given.

Highly satisfied. I said I wanted a firm mattress and tried three and chose one which was expensive. Perhaps a cheaper choice could have been suggested although I did agree, but was surprised at the price of my chosen mattress. The service was however excellent.

Considering we we there late on a Tuesday evening they were happy to help and very helpful when we explained why we were there and that I have a bad back and took us straight to one that we ended uo buying. She explained to us about spiring and how many we want and then left us to have a look around told us about different one we looked at. Were very helpful but not too in your face. They were also very kind to our 3yr old daughter who was starting to get bored while we were there. Very friendly and happy staff

Good selection, ability to peruse without hindrance until specific advice requested

our experience was very good as the sales man was very helpful and polite, which made it much easier to make up our minds.
